Prisoners of Hope Ministries, Inc., participates in several
weekly bible studies and worship services in the Phoenix area. Jim Carper leads
most of these events and actively participates in others. The rest of his time
is spent in corresponding with students, preparing Bible studies, and
administrative functions. Carol Carper assists in the women's worship services,
is responsible for about half of the correspondence students, and handles the
business end of the Ministry.

I am also, occasionally, called to substitute for the Chaplain
of the Coconino County Jail on Sunday afternoons at 12:30 pm with the ADOC
inmate worship service. I am available for ministry on Sunday mornings, all day
and evening Tuesday and all day Friday. The 1st, 2nd, and 4th Friday evenings
are committed. However, the second and fourth Friday evenings are flexible. I
can be available on the 1st and 2nd Sunday evenings provided I have not been
called to Coconino County Jail in Flagstaff on those days. The beginning times
shown are the times I have to leave my office to get to the institution on
time.
